Role Description
The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, providing information on VA home loans, offering personalized solutions, and delivering superior customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL or in the Maryland office
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive sales and meet targets
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills to establish and maintain client trust
- High-quality Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
- Familiarity with VA loan processes and mortgage services is a plus
