Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager - SaaS to join our on-site team based in Chennai. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, driving customer engagement, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them in the implementation and utilization of MIDASX solutions, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and tracking account performance.
The Account Manager will also collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Client Relationship Management expertise
- Experience in SaaS-based products and a good understanding of financial technology solutions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of investment management or wealth management is a strong advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
