Your Role
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows and know pharma/food QC environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Needs to achieve sales target within assigned territory
- Division to be catered- Advance solution Biomonitoring
- Travel up to 75% - 100% within assigned territory- Chennai, Kerela, Tamil Nadu and some part of Andhra Pradesh
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs
- Graduate from life science/microbiology background with 2-6 years of experience in life science sales field.
- Management education will be an added advantage
