THE ROLE

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing & Communications to own how Proxy is positioned and communicated across audiences, channels and content.

This role is responsible for building a clear, consistent and compelling brand and narrative, ensuring that Proxy’s value is effectively communicated to target customers, partners and the broader ecosystem.

You will work closely with the leadership team to translate product capabilities and commercial priorities into high-quality marketing outputs, while leading execution across content, campaigns, digital presence and external visibility.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and evolve Proxy’s brand positioning and messaging across key segments
• Own the creation and management of core marketing content and assets, including website, case studies, thought leadership and external materials
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns, supporting awareness, engagement and inbound interest
• Support targeted outbound and account-based marketing initiatives, working closely with the commercial team on high-priority accounts
• Ensure consistency and quality across all external communication channels, including website, events and partner-facing materials
• Manage and collaborate with external partners and agencies (content, design, PR, digital), ensuring high-quality output aligned with Proxy’s positioning
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance across channels, including website, content and campaign effectiveness
• Contribute to building Proxy’s market presence and ecosystem visibility, including partnerships, events and industry initiatives

This role ensures that Proxy is clearly understood, differentiated and recognized across its target audiences.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or technology-enabled environment
• Proven experience in content creation, brand positioning and campaign execution, ideally targeting enterprise audiences
• Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives and messaging
• Hands-on experience managing marketing channels and initiatives, including content, campaigns and digital presence
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with or managing external agencies and partners (content, design, PR, digital)
• Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or related industries is a strong plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with attention to clarity, tone and consistency
