Digital Product Manager | SPORT24

SPORT24, the flagship sports portal of 24MEDIA and one of Greece's highest-traffic sports destinations, is looking for a Digital Product Manager – Sports Publishing to join its Product team.

The role focuses on the development and optimization of digital publishing products — from content pages and editorial tools to audience-facing features — working closely with editorial, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for a large and engaged sports audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the full product lifecycle for Sport24's web and mobile products
• Contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on editorial publishing workflows, content presentation, and audience growth
• Translate business, editorial, and user needs into clear product requirements and specs
• Collaborate with development teams in a CMS-driven environment (WordPress), coordinating sprints and releases
• Support live sports coverage features and time-sensitive editorial needs

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital product management or project management, preferably in publishing, media, or content-driven platforms
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working alongside developers in agile workflows
• Hands-on familiarity with WordPress and digital publishing platforms
• Solid understanding of digital content workflows, SEO fundamentals, and audience metrics
• Deep familiarity with how sports audiences consume content across web and mobile
• Knowledge of video production workflows and familiarity with YouTube platform fundamentals (publishing, optimization, analytics)
• Experience with analytics and data tools (GA4, Google Search Console, or similar)
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
