Job Title: Head of Ecommerce
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to drive and own the overall online business across D2C and marketplace channels. This role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, and delivering a seamless digital shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Own end-to-end online P&L; across D2C website and marketplaces
2 Optimize channel mix to maximize revenue and profitability
3 Manage inventory allocation across platforms to ensure availability and efficiency
4 Drive pricing strategy and maintain pricing discipline across channels
5 Oversee digital merchandising to improve product visibility and conversion
6 Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for business growth
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1 Online revenue growth
2 Conversion rate optimization
3 Average Order Value (AOV)
4 Contribution margin and overall profitability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1 7–12 years of experience in Ecommerce or Digital Business
2 Strong experience in managing D2C and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
3 Good understanding of online merchandising, pricing, and performance marketing
4 Strong analytical and business acumen
5 Proven track record of scaling online revenue
