We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Recruitment Sales, IT Staffing, Talent Acquisition Services, or Workforce Solutions Business Development.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new staffing business, acquiring clients for recruitment services, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, Contract Staffing, and Talent Solutions.
Acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
Understand client hiring requirements and align recruitment/service offerings accordingly.
Drive B2B sales and account management for staffing/recruitment services.
Handle end-to-end client acquisition including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closures.
Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Coordinate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closures and client satisfaction.
Manage client escalations, service quality, and business growth opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and business reports.
Participate in market mapping, competitor analysis, and staffing industry networking activities.
Ensure achievement of revenue, billing, and collection targets.
Mandatory Experience

Strong client acquisition and business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in handling staffing/recruitment clients.
Understanding of hiring processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
Ability to work with recruitment delivery and leadership teams.
Candidates from Recruitment, Staffing, HR Services, Consulting, or IT Services companies preferred.
Existing client network in staffing/recruitment industry is an added advantage.
Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Ability to independently drive business growth and closures.
