Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal task briefs, collaborating closely with different teams on strategy, execution, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with agency partners and third‑party vendors on scopes, quotations, schedules and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Provide guidance, feedback and informal mentoring to junior team members to uplift the overall standard of client servicing.
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in account servicing within an advertising, media, or digital agency environment, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and account growth. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a less senior role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable driving initiatives within the agency and with clients, with the ability to think independently and innovatively.
- A “people” person with a collaborative attitude, high attention to detail and experience guiding or mentoring junior team members preferred
