Location : 8.5 miles , Mayangone Township ,Yangon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Ownership
• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across QHRM, HIRME, and CiPCM.
• Build accurate revenue forecasts and present performance updates to the CEO and leadership team weekly.
• Identify revenue gaps early and execute corrective action — whether through new campaigns, pricing adjustments, pipeline acceleration, or direct intervention.
• Manage the P&L across all three BUs, with a clear understanding of margins, cost-to-serve, and revenue quality.
Sales Strategy & Go-to-Market
• Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for each business unit, accounting for distinct buyer personas:
◦ QHRM: HR Directors, CPOs, and People Operations leaders
◦ HIRME: Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders
◦ CIPCM: L&D Managers, Training Buyers, and Department Heads
• Define pricing, packaging, discounting policies, and sales playbooks for each product line.
• Build and continuously refine the end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities between QHRM, HIRME, and CIPCM to maximise customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and develop the established sales team across all three business units.
• Set clear individual and team KPIs aligned to monthly revenue targets; run structured weekly performance reviews.
• Hold team members accountable to targets while investing in their growth — building a team that consistently outperforms, not just one that fears underperforming.
• Identify skill gaps and work with HR to address them through coaching, training, or strategic hiring.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.
Pipeline & Key Account Management
• Personally own and close strategic and high-value accounts across all three BUs.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 3x coverage at all times.
• Ensure CRM discipline — accurate, up-to-date data, strong pipeline hygiene, and data-driven decision-making across the team.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent lead quality, campaign alignment, and brand positioning across QHRM, HIRME, and CIPCM.
• Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer commitments are met and market feedback is channelled back into product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Finance on collections, receivables, revenue recognition, and commercial contract terms.
• Act as the voice of the customer at the leadership table — advocating for initiatives that grow retention and reduce churn.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 8years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in a sales leadership or General Manager-level role.
• Proven, verifiable track record of consistently hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets — be ready to share numbers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and elevate an established sales team of 10+ people.
• Strong commercial fluency — comfortable owning a revenue number, building forecasts, and reading a P&L.
• Experience selling SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment/Staffing services, EdTech, or B2B professional services strongly preferred.
• Hands-on operator — equally effective closing deals, coaching reps, and building dashboards.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Zoho CRM) and data-driven sales management.
