Accounts Relationship Specialist

This position is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting account activities, and contributing to account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Assist in account documentation, reports, and client records.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and account performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Packaging Industry is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
