A fast-growing and well-funded AI software company is looking to hire a Strategic Account Executive to drive expansion across the Public Sector and Defence space in Canada.
This is a high-impact, enterprise sales role focused on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and long-term strategic accounts.
The Role
- Own and develop strategic accounts across Canadian Public Sector and Defence organisations
- Lead full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Engage with C-level stakeholders across technical and business functions
- Identify high-value use cases and position advanced AI solutions in a consultative manner
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of complex, high-value opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, AI, data, cloud, or similar)
- Strong background working with Public Sector, Government, or regulated industries in Canada
- Track record of closing high-value, complex deals
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to position technical solutions in a business context
