Account Manager

Our client, Japanese Electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an Account Manager in the San Jose area with 3+ years of experience.

Title: Account Manager

Location: San Jose CA (Hybrid 3 days on site)

Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Salary: 80-100K

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and business partners
• Create sales plans and identify new business opportunities
• Present product information and support customer technical needs
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pricing quotations
• Communicate regularly with global group companies and internal teams
• Support product promotions, customer training, and achievement of sales targets

Qualifications

• Understanding of electronics and OEM-related products
• College degree and 3–5 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in international business and project coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits
• Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Experience supervising, training, and supporting team members
