About The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to build and lead our sales engine. This is a player-coach role — you’ll not only manage a team but also actively close deals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Agents
- Review proposals and ensure quality before sending to clients
- Identify market opportunities and refine sales strategy
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience (agency background is a plus)
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Team management or mentoring experience
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Experience with CRM / pipeline tools
