We're hiring a Senior Account Manager — Paris
Concord is an AI agent for media buying. Media buyers connect their ad platforms, describe their objectives in natural language, and Concord handles execution: campaign creation, budget pacing, optimizations, and reporting. We work with leading agencies and trading desks across Europe and the US.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the post-sales relationship and drive long-term client value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a rigorous product adoption process
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and trading desks
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform usage, best practices, and escalations
- Translate client feedback into actionable product insights for the team
- Represent Concord in QBRs, strategic reviews, and industry meetings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on the buy side — agency trading desk, DSP, or adtech platform
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Criteo...) — at least one is required
- Deep understanding of programmatic media buying, campaign structures, and performance metrics
- Strong track record managing senior client relationships in a fast-moving environment
- Commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow accounts
- Product-oriented: you understand how tools work and actively contribute to making them better
- Fluent or professional in English required
This role is based in Paris. Candidates must have direct, operational experience in programmatic media buying.
