Nadi Talent Group is growing! We are looking for an experienced Account Manager based in Indonesia to join our team and support our expansion across the US market.

The Role

As an Account Manager at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a key point of contact for our clients, managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.


This role supports two core recruitment tracks:

  1. Managing and growing relationships with existing US-based clients
  2. Identifying and developing new opportunities within the US market

This is a performance-driven role with strong emphasis on communication, ownership, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Market Expansion: Actively support efforts to grow presence in the US market through client engagement and opportunity identification.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are aligned.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Client Communication: Handle regular check-ins, updates, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide insights on client behavior, market trends, and potential improvements.


Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience handling international clients, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong background in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in account growth and retention.
  • Availability to work EST hours to support the US clients.
