Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic account plan to grow business by selecting strategic and large key accounts. This role will challenge the status quo at customer organizations through deep industry expertise and insight, demonstrating the value of Dynacast in solving complex, precision-engineered part solution challenges. This position focuses on developing strong customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term value through technical and commercial collaboration.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for hyperscale data center clients, including Google, to drive long-term growth and partnership success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, operations, project management, and executive leadership teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, ensuring consistent communication and alignment between customer teams and internal functions.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing programs and upcoming data center projects, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract development, and overall deal structuring.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery against client expectations.
  • Monitor active projects to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and service quality standards, proactively resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report account performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline development; prepare regular business reviews and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide market intelligence on hyperscale data center trends, cloud infrastructure, and digital infrastructure growth opportunities to inform leadership strategy.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic accounts.
  • Experience working with hyperscale Data Center clients or large technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of data Center infrastructure, construction, or IT hardware/services.
  • Strategic account planning and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with data center technologies and cloud ecosystem.
  • Fluency in Taiwanese is required for this role.



Travel Requirements:

Will require travel approximately 50% of the time to Dynacast manufacturing plants in Dongguan, Suzhou, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as well as contract manufacturers in Vietnam, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan.
