Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 5 years post-related experience;
  • ITIL V3/ V4 foundation ;
  • In depth experience in ITIL Change Management .

Desirable :

  • ITIL Service Transition certification;
  • Broad and in-depth experience of the ITIL Service Management framework ;
  • Project management experience .

Duties/role:

  • Administering Requests for Change, reviewing and closing Requests for Change, and reporting on results;
  • Documenting meeting minutes of the local Change Advisory Board;
  • Assisting in planning and managing changes and configuration items, and monitoring all CSU change management and Service Asset and Configuration Management activities in accordance with Agency directives, processes, and local procedures .
