Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY, as an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships by identifying needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing tailored solutions. The individual will generate and pursue sales opportunities, conduct client presentations, and maintain detailed records of client communications. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer data, creating strategic account plans, collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and customer-focused communication abilities
- Experience in sales, account planning, and strategic business development
- Ability to analyze data, assess client needs, and create result-driven solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools, client presentation software, and reporting systems
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and goal-driven with exceptional organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a technology or service-based industry is an advantage
