Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager for a global company in the industrial technology sector.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or project management who enjoys working in an international environment and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

📍 Bucharest | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

📄 Initial 6-month contract with extension potential.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaign execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, paid media, engineering, operations, etc.)

• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project progress

• Manage stakeholder communication and vendor coordination

• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and project updates

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to quality standards

Ideal profile:

• Experience in marketing project management / campaign coordination / marketing operations

• Agency background is a strong plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office

• Advanced English skills
