Key Responsibilities
Establish and Maintain New Client Relationships
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with new clients, fostering trust and engagement.
Act as a reliable advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective communication with new clients.
Sales and Technical Consultation
Understand client business needs and provide tailored system and IT solutions.
Leverage technical sales experience to support solution design and product positioning.
Client Requirement Management
Gather, document, and manage client requirements with precision and efficiency.
Ensure all solutions meet client specifications and expectations.
Coordination and Communication
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, support) and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, vendors).
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all project phases.
Branding and Strategic Development
Develop and implement branding strategies in collaboration with principals and product partners.
Enhance market positioning and support overall business growth goals.
Sales Planning and Execution
Prepare customized proposals, manage quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Identify new business opportunities and upselling within existing accounts.
Drive the sales process to close deals, ensuring successful contract finalization and client onboarding.
Project Oversight
Coordinate solution implementation and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain client satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support.
Market and Product Awareness
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years' experience in a related role (preferably in IT consulting, systems integration, or technical sales)
- Preferably with experience in technical selling, including solution presentation and closing deals
- Offers high incentive percentage based on performance and sales achievements
- Full onsite work required; must be willing to work from the company or client premises as needed
