The Role: As a Field Account Executive, you manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed customer. This is an in-person, field-focused contractor role centered on:

• Owner conversations
• Short live demos (3–5 minutes)
• Closing monthly subscription agreements

What You’ll Do

• Visit local service-based businesses
• Speak with owners and decision makers
• Identify missed-call and responsiveness gaps
• Deliver concise product demos
• Close qualified businesses on monthly subscriptions
• Build consistent pipeline activity
• Represent conn3ct AI professionally

Compensation

This is a performance-based independent contractor role.

• Commission: $149–$500 per closed, activated account
• Paid after customer activation and payment confirmation

Estimated Earnings (Not Guaranteed)

• Conservative: $20,000–$25,000 annually
• Strong performer: $30,000–$45,000 annually
• Top performer: $50,000+ annually

Quarterly Performance Bonuses

• Eligible contractors may earn quarterly bonuses tied to performance targets and consistency.
• $5,000–$25,000 quarterly bonus pool
