About The Role

Realm Health is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic Account Management department. In this salaried, full-time role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Your expertise in relationship building, account management, and customer service will be critical in helping our customers achieve their goals while driving business growth. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing trust-based relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present key insights to clients and management.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and act as a dedicated problem-solver.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Account Management department by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, advanced customer service, or a related role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRMs is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve results.
