About The Role
The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between Arcadia Inc. and our most influential clients, ensuring that every project—from custom architectural components to engineered design solutions—is executed with precision, creativity, and exceptional service. This role is central to managing large and national accounts, particularly within California, and requires a deep understanding of project‑based sales cycles, design collaboration, and manufacturing capabilities.
You will guide clients through complex, design‑driven projects, identify opportunities to expand partnerships, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that align with both client goals and Arcadia’s commitment to craftsmanship. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship‑focused professional who can balance strategic account growth with hands‑on project coordination in a fast‑paced, highly creative manufacturing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience within manufacturing, construction, architectural products, or related industries.
- Proven success managing large or national accounts with measurable growth results.
- Strong understanding of account development, inside sales, and project‑based client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with architectural firms, general contractors, or design‑build teams.
- Background supporting multi‑location or regional accounts, especially within California.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in sales, account management, or project management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, custom fabrication, and supply chain dynamics.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts by understanding their design, engineering, and project requirements, delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Develop strategic account plans that foster long-term partnerships and align with Arcadia’s creative, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding Arcadia’s footprint across national and regional markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all work outside of the Texas market currently routed through Arcadia Dallas, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders, including coordination with Texas Fenestration (independent representative).
- Oversee order processing activities, including the creation and management of transfer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Track and monitor orders from initiation through completion to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, production, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, project reviews, presentations, and on-site visits.
- Monitor industry trends, architectural design developments, and competitor activity to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, project updates, and account performance reports to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate strong account management and business development capabilities to support Arcadia’s design-driven clients and ensure both creative and technical requirements are met.
- Manage large, complex accounts effectively, guiding clients through custom manufacturing processes while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Leverage new business development and inside sales experience to support entry into new markets and project types.
- Navigate national and regional sales environments with the ability to adapt to diverse architectural and construction landscapes.
- Deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that reinforce and elevate Arcadia’s reputation for craftsmanship and excellence.
