What We’re Looking For
As a Team Assistant in the Commercial Auto Division, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support for the Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Langley – Willowbrook location in a Temporary Full-Time position
Our Willowbrook branch is centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre. The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The Responsibilities
- You’ll assist Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts
- You’ll perform ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors
- You’ll assist with the maintenance of fleet accounts
- You’ll provide a high-level of service to both internal and external clients
- You’ll update client information as changes occur
- You’ll be supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching:
- Reconciling previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)
- Conducting quality checks and correcting documents to ensure there are no errors
- Entering documents into Autolink
- Liaising with ICBC as required
- Liaising with ICBC revenue banking as required
- Depositing ICBC funds daily
- Assisting with inventory control
- Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- You have or are working towards an industry designation
- Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
