Senior Manager, Product Management - Supply Chain

Location: Central America

At Walmart Centroamérica, Operations plays a critical role in enabling business execution, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the region. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Supply Chain to lead complex operational initiatives, drive cross‑functional execution, and deliver measurable business results through strong planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and effective stakeholder management.

This role emphasizes hands‑on operational leadership and execution, acting as a key connector between strategy and day‑to‑day operations. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to design, plan, and execute initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, enable revenue growth, and enhance customer and associate experiences—while ensuring compliance with company standards and values.

As a people and delivery leader, this position manages multiple operational workstreams, oversees project execution, and develops high‑performing teams. The role operates across both tactical and strategic levels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Walmart’s business priorities.

What Will You Do?

• Lead and manage one or more operational work streams, designing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to analyze, plan, and implement operational initiatives that support customer and business needs.
• Define project requirements, manage timelines and resources, communicate status, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify root causes, analyze data, and develop recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Provide decision support through data analysis, trend identification, and insight generation to inform current and future business decisions.
• Drive the implementation of business solutions and operational tools, continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, and execution.
• Lead initiatives that generate revenue, offset operational costs, optimize budgets, and mitigate risk.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across operations, product, engineering, merchandising, and other internal teams.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop associates, promoting accountability, continuous learning, and a culture of belonging.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and Walmart values.

What Are We Looking For?

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field (required).
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Commercial) leading a commercial transformation (required).
• Strong experience managing projects, timelines, resources, and cross‑functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Experience working in complex, fast‑paced operational environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and accountability for results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, Scrum, or similar).
