Senior Manager, Product Management - E-Commerce

Location: Central America


At Walmart Centroamérica, technology‑driven products play a critical role in enabling business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across the region. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - E-Commerce to own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of complex technology products and platforms with measurable business impact.

This role emphasizes hands‑on product leadership and cross‑functional enablement, acting as a strategic bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and engineering execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate opportunities into scalable, high‑impact product solutions, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long‑term product vision.

As a senior product leadership role, you will manage end‑to‑end product ownership—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement—while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels. The role operates at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring products deliver sustained value to customers and the business.


What Will You Do?

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more complex technology products or platforms.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure timely, high‑quality product delivery.
  • Define, track, and communicate product goals, milestones, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product vision, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience standards.
  • Facilitate alignment and decision‑making across cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies and trade‑offs.
  • Drive a customer‑centric mindset, using data, research, and metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Ensure products meet business, technical, and quality standards, contributing directly to Walmart’s strategic objectives.


What Are We Looking For?

  • 10+ years of commercial/E-commerce management experience in a technology‑driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Align the Digital with the Supply Chain strategy and leaders.
  • Experience Leading projects not limited to technology.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with data analysis, user research, product metrics, and KPI‑driven decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, complex environments with competing priorities.
