This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.
What you'll actually do:
- Admin: Own the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
- Operational: Improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects, and internal coordination.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in a leadership role, Customer Service (Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager, or similar)
- C1 English, written and spoken
- At least one role with 2+ year tenure
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and AI enthusiast
- Proactive by default, not by request
What you get:
$1,200 USD/month base, up to $1,600 USD/month total. Raises every 6 months. Fixed schedule, no overtime, no weekends. Paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and family care days. Paid parental leave.
