Contentsquare is a global leader in experience analytics, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our Voice of Customer (VoC) product. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer research, AI innovation, and platform unification.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong customer and market research skills
- Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products
- Proven roadmap ownership and ability to balance tactical delivery with long-term vision
- Deep comfort with data-driven decision making
- Understanding of both UX and data dimensions of product work
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
