Requirements
- Deep practical experience with agent-based development tools — Claude Code in particular
- Mastery of Spec-Driven Development (Spec-Kit and/or BMAD) and ability to adapt the cycle to real product contexts
- Keen systemic vision — able to see architecture, dependencies, and cross-team impacts
- Experience in leading technical teams in multidisciplinary environments (iOS, Android, BFF/Java)
- Experience in conducting technical refinement and backlog organization in partnership with Product Owners
- History of direct responsibility for delivering technical squads
- Consolidated repertoire in agent-based processes applied to development (code review with AI, agents for QA, pipeline automations)
