We are looking for an Area Manager for Swiss Romandie to start as soon as possible


.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regional store excellence: You will be responsible for all stores in your region and ensure that operations, performance, and strategic goals are perfectly aligned
  • Sales & performance: You will drive sales, profitability, and KPIs analyzing results, implementing targeted measures, and ensuring that every store team exceeds its goals
  • Leadership & Team Power: You will be a mentor, motivator, and coach for our store managers and teams, discovering talent, developing it, and creating a culture of commitment and enthusiasm
  • Brand & Customer Experience: You will guarantee a distinctive KIKO experience in all stores, from visual merchandising and service standards to unforgettable customer experiences
  • Store Expansion & New Openings: You plan, coordinate, and support new store and reopening projects in close collaboration with headquarters and external partners
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: You are the central interface between stores and headquarters and ensure transparent, effective, and inspiring communication
  • Trade Marketing & Promotion: You will successfully implement regional marketing and promotional activities, analyze their impact, and thus increase the performance of your stores
  • Budget & Cost Control: You will be responsible for budget planning, controlling costs, and ensuring the efficient use of all resources in your region


COMPETENCS:

  • Entrepreneurial & Strategic: Results-oriented, KPI-based, derive and implement regional strategies
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Clear, convincing, and solution-oriented in dynamic situations
  • Brand & Customer Focus: Passion for beauty, retail, and excellent customer experiences
  • Education & Experience: Completed commercial training or degree (business administration, management, retail)
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently plan, implement, and monitor measures
