Are you ready to dive into the realm of strategy? Do you have a passion for strategy and problem-solving? Would you like real responsibility, real impact, and hands-on experience in a growing international green-tech company?

Here Is What The Job Entails

In the role as Student Worker in our Strategy team, you will contribute to development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and strengthening our market position. You will be supporting colleagues across Kamstrup in delivering strategic projects.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Performing market, competitor, and internal analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Conducting other analytical work such as explorative data analysis
  • Assisting in the development of presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides, data visualizations and written reports
  • Supporting the strategy team on business-critical strategy projects, gaining firsthand experience working as a consultant on strategic projects
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks

In this position, you will be getting hands-on experience working with impactful, strategic projects in close collaboration with experienced and passionate colleagues. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the team while developing your skills by actively applying your ideas and knowledge in practice.

Meet your future team

You will join our Strategy team, a dynamic function that partners with Kamstrup’s executive management to shape the company’s strategic direction and delivering high-impact projects across the organization. Our scope spans operations, corporate and commercial strategy, organizational development, innovation, ESG, Market Intelligence, and M&A. We take a professional approach to our work while maintaining an informal and collaborative atmosphere, where sparring and feedback are essential to how we grow and succeed together. We believe the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. We also value ambition, empathy, and the confidence to take responsibility.

Did you know? Alongside our professional work we also enjoy fitness activities together, we recently had a yoga session and occasional cross-fit classes led by our own cross-fit trainer.

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for a motivated and curious student with a passion for strategy. You may not have a lot of experience yet, but you are eager to apply your up-to-date theoretical knowledge and enjoy sharing your ideas to challenge and improve our ways of working.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Are studying a relevant master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, strategy or a related field with good records
  • Have a strong interest in business acumen, including basic understanding of company financials
  • Work in a structured and analytical manner to solve complex problems
  • Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess good data analysis skills, enabling you to interpret data and turn it into valuable business insights

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.

Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, we value curiosity and a willingness to learn. If the role interests you and you are a student motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply.

We are more than an ordinary workplace

We cherish the good colleagueship which we all contribute to, the only limit is your engagement. As we are a big organization you are bound to find one or more colleagues who share the same interest as you. This might be in our board game club, on our cycling team, during our yearly summer festival, or on the padel court. For example, our Team lead, Service Delivery is also our volunteer padel instructor while one of our Software Test Engineers run weekly spinning classes.

Besides the best colleagues you could imagine, we also offer:

  • Work life balance through flexible working hours
  • Employee benefits including a healthy canteen, fitness facilities, in-house dental clinic, hairdresser, and a free health clinic
  • An active employee association that fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace community
  • Beneficial health care and insurance package
