Senior IT Delivery Lead - Supply Chain Digital Manufacturing - Aarhus or Gdansk

We are looking for a Senior IT Delivery Lead to take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution of the products supporting our dairies worldwide. IT & Digital Manufacturing is the biggest IT area with responsibility for more than 60 products where you will lead the delivery of 3-4 products, covering both solutions and services.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a Senior IT Delivery Lead you will play a key role in ensuring that deliveries and operations meet agreed expectations and business outcomes. You will act as the central facilitator across product teams, balancing both project-based work and ongoing technical delivery. Together with the Head of Product and our Architecture Partner, you will help set the direction and transform the area from a project-driven organization to a product- and value-focused delivery organization. Your key responsibilities will include

• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs
• Manage external service contracts, ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met
• Handle staff augmentation contracts, monitoring delivery quality and performance
• Ownership of forecasting, purchase orders, and service orders related to the product team
• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to suit the task, ensuring a pragmatic and fit-for-purpose approach

You have strong experience in IT delivery, operations or engineering/project management. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders will help drive our transformation journey. You maintain a big-picture view of delivery, focusing on orchestration and team enablement. You thrive in an international setting, where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand. Further, you possess a structured work approach and excellent planning skills. We are likewise looking for

• Solid understanding of MES and Automation delivery frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs
• Managing vendors, contracts, and external partners
• A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to different contexts
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
