Role Purpose
The VP of Digital and Transformation leads the enterprise-wide digital transformation agenda, managing both the Digital PMO function and operational business partnering. The role drives change adoption, digital portfolio governance, and strategic alignment across business functions including Finance, Operations, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Digital Transformation roadmap across all of the Group's entities.
- Lead the Digital PMO team to govern transformation projects from initiation to benefits realization.
- Manage a team of Business Partner Managers aligned to Operations, Finance, and HR.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with business unit heads.
- Translate business strategy into digital delivery initiatives with clear OKRs and KPIs.
- Oversee change management frameworks to embed digital ways of working.
- Report transformation progress to the CTDO and ExCom.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies for the organization's applicability.
- Manage transformation program budgets and vendor relationships.
- Oversee the Enterprise Architecture function to ensure systems coherence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation programs in complex multi-entity organizations.
- Strong command of program governance, benefits tracking, and PMO methodology (MSP, PMP, or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
