Product Manager (Pharmacy) - Tampa Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Pharmacy/Rx domain expertise to join our growing SaaS organization. In this role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for software solutions serving Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and Health Plans. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, clients, and leadership to deliver innovative, scalable healthcare technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and member outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare/pharmacy knowledge with strong agile product management experience and a passion for delivering customer-focused software products.

Duties:

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and client needs
• Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions
• Drive PI (Program Increment) Planning activities and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate product releases and release readiness activities
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, technical initiatives, and client-driven features
• Translate PBM and Health Plan business requirements into scalable product capabilities
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
• Utilize product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence
• Support go-to-market activities, client implementations, and ongoing product optimization
• Ensure alignment between product vision, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environments
• Strong Pharmacy/Rx experience, including knowledge of PBM and/or Health Plan operations
• Experience managing product roadmaps, releases, and Agile delivery processes
• Hands-on experience participating in or leading PI Planning sessions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe principles
• Experience creating and managing business requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Proficiency with product and project management tools including: Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Other Agile/product management platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution-focused delivery
