Stinger is currently seeking an experience Brand Marketing Manager!
AudioControl is an iconic brand in the car audio space. Behind the brand we have a team of audiophiles meticulously designing and engineering speakers, subs, amps, and other audio accessories and components. Giving drivers worldwide, studio quality sound in any vehicle on the road. An integral part of the audio team, the Brand Marketing Manager, will be responsible for managing multiple new business development opportunities. This position will expand Stinger’s audio channels by developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, build client relationships and expand Stinger’s audio market presence. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be key to the success of new product launches, new event opportunities, and keeping consumers informed on all of AudioControl's products.
This role requires the ability to both speak and write in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create carefully crafted content in Spanish and English (video, articles, social, web content including blog posts, PR).
- Consumer driven product marketing, able to turn technical features into consumer benefits that drive demand.
- Lead the charge in high-level client interactions, creating proposals, and representing the company at industry events.
- Conduct detailed consumer research with a customer first mindset for all future audio accessory and infotainment opportunities.
- Experience and passion for car audio – understanding of the technology behind the products, and able to transform market needs to products and solutions
- Develop and execute consumer driven and customer driven campaigns to promote product/solution awareness and sell through.
- Oversee the communications portion of new product launches: sales collateral, campaigns, promotional videos, customer emails.
- Lead and develop an overall merchandising program for all Stinger audio brands
- Train consumers and retailers on all Stinger audio products
- Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers.
- Market research expert with the ability to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming meetings and develop successful design solutions, meeting all strategic and creative requirements.
- Maintain internal naming conventions and digital file organization.
- Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, brochures, flyers, tradeshow displays, or logos.
- Responsible for planning, selecting, creating, and delivering content for key trade shows for and on behalf of the Audio team.
Require Education and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand identity through multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Strategic planner and organized leader who can utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities and create plans to improve brand profits across multiple customer types.
- Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to be in front of camera required – YouTube, Social Media, Website videos etc.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instragram) and related tools
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage large amounts of data and turn it into creative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively work cross-functionally.
- Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
- Must be a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Event management experience preferred
- 5+ years car audio experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Bilingual - Spanish required
