SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Bomber Operational Lead to support an opportunity at Dyess AFB, TX.
Position Overview Section
The Bomber Operational Lead provides critical integration and operational support for the B-21 Raider across host installations and Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). This role coordinates and aligns key mission elements including Formal Training Unit activities, Operations and Operations Support Squadron functions, and simulator development to ensure seamless operational execution. The Lead ensures compliance with Technical Orders and Department of the Air Force Instructions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the host wing, HQ AFGSC, and external agencies. Additionally, this position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of conventional and nuclear operations and training requirements, ensuring alignment with higher headquarters directives. Experience in USAF safety and/or nuclear surety is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of USAF B-1B or B-2A or B-52H qualified bomber aircrew experience.
- Highly Desired Nuclear Bomber experience defined as previously Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) certified in a Bomber Aircraft.
- USAF aircraft maintenance (any) experience highly desired.
- Component Command (or equivalent) or higher-level experience highly desired.
- Graduate of Formal Instructor Course, Central Flight Instructor Course, or Equivalent USAF Flight Instructor Course
- TS/SCI
