With your enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, programming and data processing, you will help us make domain-specific expertise accessible through an AI model. For more than 45 years, DSA has been a leader in the development of innovative and customised communication solutions for automotive electronics. Our team of experts develops modular software and hardware solutions for the entire vehicle lifecycle and possesses extensive specialist knowledge stored across various media. Join our team and support us as a student assistant (m/f/d) in accessing this knowledge using AI.

Your Tasks

  • You develop a process for the (partially) automated extraction and processing of expert knowledge from various data sources, such as PDF documents.
  • You configure and customise an AI assistant based on a commercial LLM.
  • Depending on the project’s progress, you select a suitable model of your own and evaluate it.

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled in a science degree at a university.
  • You have experience with Python and the XML/JSON data formats.
  • You have a basic understanding of machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
  • You think analytically and can adaptively find solutions to new challenges.
  • You have high standards when it comes to the quality of your own work.
  • You work independently and proactively.
  • You have a friendly manner and value collaborative teamwork.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and have a basic knowledge of German.
