Your Mission

You’ll play a key role in managing all incoming B2B requests as well as Tier 3 customers and ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, marketing, and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn about international B2B sales, international distribution and account management.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all Inbound leads and requests from our shared inbox, ensuring timely replies and redirecting them to the right Key Account Manager (KAM) when relevant.
  • Account management for Tier 3 accounts (small to medium resellers) through follow-up templates and automation to maintain engagement and increase order volume.
  • Participate in Outreach campaigns, to find new resellers in specific markets.
  • Support account operations: complete setup forms for new clients, send marketing materials, provide online product training, and monitor online vendors to ensure compliance with our terms & conditions.
  • Maintain our B2B portal: update product listings, pricing, and documents, and assist in the potential transition to a new platform in 2026.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with our partners.


Required profile :

  • Student in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Master’s or equivalent).
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken – other European languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized, with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, e-commerce or B2B platforms).
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn how international sales operations work.
  • Previous experience in Sales or a strong sales acumen.
