Product Manager

You will work directly with customers, participate in onboarding, and get significant customer airtime. You will see firsthand how the product is used in the real world. Your job is to ensure what we build delivers value by validating ideas, observing behavior, and driving continuous product improvement.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding and early customer experience
Participate in onboarding new customers. Help get them live quickly, guide them through the product, and ensure a smooth initial experience.
Work directly with customers (high airtime)
Spend significant time with users on calls and in their workflows. Stay close to how the product performs in real usage.
Own product quality and releases
Ensure new features and improvements meet a high bar before and after launch. Validate functionality and catch edge cases.
Observe and measure real-world impact
Track how features perform after launch. Monitor usage, identify friction, and evaluate whether changes improve outcomes.
Translate customer problems into product improvements
Turn real customer issues into clear, actionable product and engineering work. Reproduce problems and help drive fixes.
Support product development end to end
Work closely with engineering and founders to scope features, validate implementations, and iterate quickly.
Build internal tools and workflows
Create lightweight tools, scripts, or dashboards that improve visibility into product performance and customer behavior.
Drive continuous iteration
Identify patterns across user behavior and feedback. Recommend and help ship improvements that increase usability and reliability.
Who You Are
- 0 to 3 years of experience in product, engineering, or a technical operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similarly technical field
- Excited to work directly with customers and get real exposure early
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for product quality
- Comfortable debugging issues and working closely with engineers
- Interested in how products behave in real-world environments
- Able to turn user feedback into clear product insights
- Strong communicator with clear and concise writing skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with product analytics, logging, or debugging tools is a plus
- Excited to work in ambiguous environments and take ownership
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000
