We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager for our Utilities Division to support recruiting operations, contractor engagement, and internal referral programs. This role will work closely with a collaborative team, partnering to ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience from initial referral through placement support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the internal referral program, owning the process end-to-end including candidate intake, qualification, coordination, and post-placement follow-up.
- Conduct quality control and check-in calls with active contractors to ensure satisfaction, performance alignment, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Serve as one of the point of contacts for contractors and internal stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication and documentation.
- Support recruiting and account teams with administrative coordination, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM and internal systems.
- Act as a backup POC on onboarding, compliance, and contractor support initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, staffing administration, or account management.
- Experience working with HR processes, compliance, or contractor support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Pacific Time hours are required and located within California is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utility industry experience strongly preferred (PG&E, SMUD, or similar utility background is a plus).
- Hands-on experience using a CRM or ATS.
- Prior experience supporting field-based or technical contractors.
- Familiarity with utility or energy-sector staffing environments.
Work Location & Hours:
- Must be able to work 8:30am – 5:30pm Pacific Time.
- Strong preference for those located in California and/or based on the West Coast.
Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – 75,000 (DOE)
