National Fitness Campaign is on a mission to build healthy communities across America, making fitness accessible to millions. We partner with municipalities, schools, corporations, and major healthcare companies to build outdoor Fitness Courts in public spaces - reducing healthcare costs at scale and building healthy communities nationwide. We're looking for senior sales professionals to join our team as we grow and help lead impactful change.
The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll partner with municipalities and school districts to bring our Fitness Courts and Community Wellness Campaign to public spaces across the U.S. You'll work directly with mayors, parks directors, superintendents, school boards, and other public-sector champions to secure funding and consensus for a program already active in over 600 cities.
This is a 100% remote role. All selling is done via virtual presentations and consultative conversations - direct to the bureaucracy. The role is focused on new business, with a pipeline expectation of 4 new opportunities per week, 200 per year. The cycle from first conversation to close is typically 4 to 6 months.
Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $165K - $215K per year
- Guaranteed ramp period: $9K/month for 6 months
- Uncapped earning potential
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with municipal and school district decision-makers
- Lead the partnership development process to secure participation in NFC's wellness initiative
- Own a high-volume sales calendar, driving new business and hitting weekly KPIs
- Collaborate with the NFC team to design, fund, and launch Fitness Courts in your region
- Champion the role of public health infrastructure in building healthier communities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a documented track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- 3+ years selling into publicly-funded institutions - K-12 districts, higher education, municipalities, counties, or state government
- Average deal size of $50K+ in your current or most recent sales role
- Proven multi-stakeholder navigation in 4+ month sales cycles (e.g., superintendents + school boards + budget owners, or mayors + city managers + parks directors + finance)
- Promotion velocity - ideally promoted at least once in your most recent sales role
- Remote-ready - comfortable running a high-volume virtual sales calendar
- Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom proficiency
- Mission alignment - a personal connection to health, wellness, education, or community impact (volunteer work, prior employer mission, or lived experience all count)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
