Modern Resto Construction client is seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow our client base across the Los Angeles market. This is a hands-on, client-facing sales role with direct access to company leadership and real influence on business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and field prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Meet with prospective clients on-site and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams on proposals and bids
- Consistently close deals and hit revenue goals
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning a pipeline
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Existing LA real estate, development, or construction connections are highly preferred
Comp - $80 -$100k Base Plus Commission
At 9m 10% + salary jump to 100k base
(Projecting before end of year 1)
At 18m it would be 12.5% + salary jump to 200k base
(Projecting before end of year 2)
Max projected commission % would be 15% at 27m
