What you'll own
  • The full sales cycle — prospecting through close — for new business in cybersecurity, managed services, and IT infrastructure.
  • A defined territory where you'll hunt, develop, and close net-new logos.
  • Strategic account planning for long-term clients who view you as a trusted advisor, not a vendor.
  • Executive-level proposals and presentations that educate prospects and elevate Volta's positioning.
  • An accurate pipeline with forecasting your sales leadership can actually trust.
  • Quota attainment across managed service revenue, resold products, and Volta professional services.
Who we're looking for
  • 10+ years selling IT solutions B2B with a documented record of hitting your quota.
  • A proven track record selling cybersecurity, managed services, or IT infrastructure into organizations of 250+ employees.
  • Existing relationships with IT, security, and executive buyers that you can bring into a new environment.
  • The instinct to lead with curiosity and consultation rather than features and discounts.
  • The discipline to keep CRM clean, forecasts honest, and follow through on every commitment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


You're probably the person at your current company who other reps come to for advice. You don't need a manager riding shotgun on your deals. You read the room, you know when to push, you know when to listen, and you close because your clients trust you.


What you get

Base: $120,000 + uncapped commissions.
