Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers or clients to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in coordination with HR or clients.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Generate regular recruitment progress reports and track KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment campaigns.
  • Qualifications & Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5–7 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate environments.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methods.
    • Experience using ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
