Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers or clients to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes with stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in coordination with HR or clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Generate regular recruitment progress reports and track KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methods.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
