Role Overview

We are looking to hire a high-performing Associate to support and co-own the Power Platform from a delivery, architecture, and governance perspective. The role spans Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, with responsibility not only for building solutions but also for ensuring they are secure, scalable, and enterprise ready.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytically strong, design-oriented, and someone who enjoys solving business problems through data, automation, and low-code platforms, while operating within structured SDLC and governance frameworks.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, senior team members, IT, and platform administrators to deliver solutions that are production-grade, compliant, and future-proof.

Key Accountabilities

Power BI & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and refresh reliability

Power Apps & Power Automate

• Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas / Model‑Driven) to digitize business processes
• Design and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and approvals) with clear logic and governance
• Supporting automation of repetitive operational tasks with a focus on efficiency and scalability

Power Platform Architecture, ALM & Governance

• Contribute to and help enforce Power Platform environment strategy (DEV / UAT / PROD, managed environments)
• Develop solutions using solution-based ALM practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and controlled deployments via Azure DevOps
• Ensure appropriate use of Connections and connection references, Environment-specific configurations, Approval workflows and SoD principles
• Assist in implementing and maintaining RBAC models, DLP policies awareness and compliance, Platform usage standards and best practices
• Act as a point of escalation for platform design, performance, and security considerations

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and automation solutions, with ownership beyond development into architecture, governance, and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to design platforms, not just solutions - ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Strong background in operating within controlled SDLC environments, including design reviews, release discipline, and audit-ready delivery
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate ambiguity into structured, production-ready solutions
• Recognized for sound engineering judgment, including knowing when to simplify, standardize, or stop solutions from becoming technical debt
• Comfortable acting as a design and governance escalation point for complex, high-impact use cases
