Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Ability to travel 50-75% within 200 mile radius from employee's residence (in one of these states: IL, MI, IN)
This role is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Minimum 3 years in Building Automation.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar sales role with a focus on account management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
