JUNIOR RECRUITER (UPTO 10K/ TARGET BASED)

Compensation: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance/Target-Based)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This is a target-based role ideal for freshers or individuals looking to gain experience in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within deadlines

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is a plus
