Job Description
You will lead the definition and execution of agentic AI systems that transform how marketers analyze creative data. By leveraging LLMs and RAG pipelines, you will build products that reason over massive datasets to surface actionable intelligence, automating complex manual analysis into seconds and directly influencing million-dollar creative decisions for global brands.

- Collaborate directly with engineering and data science teams to optimize LLM performance, context windows, and prompt engineering for production systems.
- 4–6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping and scaling high-impact B2C digital products.
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI/ML architectures, specifically including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agentic systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a builder's mindset, capable of driving outcomes in a fast-paced, 5-day in-office startup culture.
