Overview
Ripple Street is seeking a Product Manager to support the execution and delivery of client-enabling product solutions. This role is focused on turning product direction into clear, build-ready requirements and ensuring features are delivered, documented, and adopted smoothly across teams. You’ll work closely with engineering on a daily basis and partner with internal teams to keep product development running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Translate Product Direction into Execution
- Convert product concepts and high-level requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development.
- Partner Daily with Engineering
- Work closely with engineering leads to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery.
- Clarify requirements, answer questions, and help unblock developers in real time.
- Track progress and surface risks early.
- Support Release, Documentation, and Adoption
- Own product documentation, FAQs, and internal training materials.
- Support Campaign Management, Operations, Data, and Solutions teams with enablement for new features.
- Help ensure smooth rollouts and consistent understanding across teams.
- Coordinate Across Teams
- Serve as a key point of coordination between engineering and non-technical teams.
- Capture feedback, bugs, and improvement ideas and help prioritize follow-up work.
- Support product managers and leadership by maintaining clarity and continuity.
- Improve Product Processes
- Help maintain clean backlogs, consistent documentation standards, and predictable delivery workflows.
- Contribute to improving how product work is tracked, communicated, and executed.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or business analysis.
- Strong experience writing detailed specifications and working closely with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with agile development, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management.
- Experience supporting documentation, training, and product adoption.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working across time zones and teams.
- Proactive in identifying gaps, risks, or missing details.
- Takes pride in clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
- You’ll play a critical role in ensuring product ideas turn into shipped, usable solutions.
- You’ll work closely with engineering and gain deep product knowledge.
- You’ll be part of a global team building products used by leading brands.
- You’ll have clear ownership and impact within the product development process.
