About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning products. This role requires someone who can bridge business goals, data science teams, and engineering to build scalable AI-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of AI/ML-based products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Identify use cases where AI/ML can create measurable business impact
• Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and market demand
• Collaborate with stakeholders including sales, marketing, and leadership
• Monitor model performance, KPIs, and product metrics post-launch
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and model governance
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning basics)
• Experience working with data science and engineering teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to interpret model outputs and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in launching AI-based SaaS products
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management
• Exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• MBA or relevant technical background
